a. RESPONSIBILITIES

 Schedules meetings
 Prepares agendas
 Prepares meeting packages
 Attends meetings and records minutes
 Greets and assists visitors
 Maintains records and files
 Researches and assists with the preparation of forms, emails and databases
 Reviews and edits reports
 Prepares draft correspondences
 Prepares and types documentations, forms and reports
 Answers phones and directs calls and responds to inquiries
b. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
 Major: any
 Current GPA: minimum B+ جيد جد ا
 Final college/university year (graduating senior)
 Punctual and committed
 Interpersonal skills
 Communication skills – written and verbal – (in Arabic and English languages)

2. GRAPHIC DESIGNER INTERN
a. RESPONSIBILITIES  Understands business objectives and requirements  Develops concepts  Estimates time required to complete the work  Develops design briefs by gathering information and data through research  Thinks creatively to produce new ideas and concepts  Uses innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of time  Works with a wide range of media, including photography and computer design software  Contributes ideas and design artwork  Works on layouts and artwork pages Presents finalized ideas and concepts  Uses technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat and Flash  Develops interactive designs
b. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

3. WEB DEVELOPER INTERN
a. RESPONSIBILITIES  Understands business objectives and requirements  Estimates time required to complete the work  Thinks creatively to produce new ideas and concepts  Works with a wide range of media, including photography and computer design software  Contributes ideas and design artwork  Uses technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat and Flash  Develops interactive designs  Establishes the purpose of websites based upon target audience  Identifies the type of content the sites will host  Determines any functionality that the site must support, for example, whether it will handle enquiries
 Write programming codes, either from scratch or by adapting existing website software and graphics packages to meet business requirements
 Tests websites and identifies any technical problems
 Upload sites onto a server and register it with different search engines
